Our Road So Far

In 1988, a sole-agent retail business was established in Baghdad, Iraq, marking the beginning of an entrepreneurial journey. This venture focused on importing  battery and tire from Dubai, UAE, aiming to meet the local demand for quality goods. With a keen understanding of the market and a commitment to excellence, the business sought to provide unique offerings that were previously unavailable in the region. This initiative not only enhanced consumer choice in Baghdad but also fostered connections between two dynamic markets, reflecting a spirit of innovation. and resilience in a changing economic landscape.

In 2000, the business took a significant step forward by importing directly from factories, streamlining operations and enhancing product quality. This strategic shift allowed for greater control over the supply chain and offered customers a wider variety of goods at competitive prices.

By 2004, the venture expanded further with the establishment of a new company in Dubai, UAE. This new entity capitalized on Dubai’s position as a global trade hub, facilitating stronger connections with manufacturers and enabling more efficient distribution. The growth in Dubai not only broadened the business’s reach but also solidified its reputation as a reliable source for quality imports, paving the way for continued success in the years to come.

By 2024, the business has achieved remarkable global expansion, establishing a strong presence in over 10 countries. With branches in more than 5 countries, it has become a key player in the international market, showcasing its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The company operates over 60 warehouses, strategically located to optimize logistics and ensure efficient distribution of products. With more than 20 branches, it continues to expand its footprint, catering to a diverse clientele.

Additionally, the network includes over 2,000 retail shops, making its products accessible to a wide audience. Supported by a dedicated team of over 400 employees, the business thrives on collaboration and innovation, driving its ongoing success in the competitive landscape of worldwide distribution
